08E Shotgun Entry Level

Level2: This is defined as an indirect or secondary contact with OC. A level 2 contamination is the result of attempting to control or physically touch another person, or item which has had a level 1 contamination. Moving into control an aggressor who has just received a level 1 contamination may result in a level 2 contaminations to the individual employing the OC.
